The staff took the time to explain everything to me. The technician made sure I was comfortable and temperature was right. The flavored water was delicious and I was able to purchase for myself

Laura D. did my facial. She is highly qualified and is able to relate her knowledge to me in a way that I understand. She takes into consideration any areas of concern that I may have and understands the changes that take place as I age. I feel like I am in such good hands with Laura and that is a real comfort to place my trust in someone who is caring for my face.

My first phone call to the salon and the ease of the appointment making process. I initially could not get the time I wanted, but I got an email the very next morning with a perfect time that day. The receptionist was very nice my massage therapist Gina was amazing. I’ve never been to Hand and stone, and I had not had a massage for four years

Upon my arrival the receptionist greeted me warmly, offered and provided comfort items and even brought the tablet for signature to my seat. Within minutes my massage therapist escorted me to the massage salon where we exchanged info regarding massage therapy needs. He provided privacy and ensured my comfort throughout the session.

I love this location. I’ve never had a negative experience. All of the therapists I’ve had have been incredibly professional and friendly. I’ve never left unsatisfied with a massage.

it was very relaxing and soothing massage. I really want to try the other new.services as member.it would be nice to try for half off or reduced price dor new products and services.
