The staff took the time to explain everything to me. The technician made sure I was comfortable and temperature was right. The flavored water was delicious and I was able to purchase for myself

Laura D. did my facial. She is highly qualified and is able to relate her knowledge to me in a way that I understand. She takes into consideration any areas of concern that I may have and understands the changes that take place as I age. I feel like I am in such good hands with Laura and that is a real comfort to place my trust in someone who is caring for my face.

My first phone call to the salon and the ease of the appointment making process. I initially could not get the time I wanted, but I got an email the very next morning with a perfect time that day. The receptionist was very nice my massage therapist Gina was amazing. I’ve never been to Hand and stone, and I had not had a massage for four years
