I had a great facial with Lily and will come back to see her again. The only thing is that I don't expect the reception staff to know everything about the specific services offered, that is for the Technician performing the service. I also was slightly dissatisfied that they didn't have the one product in stock but it wasn't a huge deal. I was able to use something different. Thank you!

Loved that the facility was clean and calm. My therapist was friendly, helpful and enjoyed the facial. Loved that she did not push products on me but did offer advise and some solutions to some skin issues. Will be back for sure!
