Hand and Stone

I called stating that I wanted to come in this week and within a specific time frame. At first nothing was available. I did receive a call later that same day to set up an appointment. So, thank you for looking out for me!

This was my third time visiting Hand & Stone Massage, but my first time at this location. Although I have always had a pleasant experience, I never felt compelled to see any of the massage therapists again, that was until I had Phil during my last visit. Phil was extremely knowledgeable about the tensions, stress and needs of the athletic client. This was by far the best massage I have ever had and I look forward to seeing Phil again. I would highly recommend his expertise and technique to anyone who works out, plays sports or is looking for a deeper and firmer massage.

Phil took his time to ask me what I did in a day. With that knowledge he was able to recommend pillows for my neck during travel. Also, he was able to pinpoint spots on my body to focus on during our session.

The massage therapist Melissa ALWAYS knows my trouble spots and works on them to ease my knotted muscles. She is also very friendly and professional at the same time

From the moment I arrive, the atmosphere of Hand and Stone fosters a sense of decompression from the challenges of every day life. It is a multi sensory experience at Hand and Stone however there is never “overload”, just a “little bit” to soothe body and mind with gentle music, a warm table if you choose, subdued lighting. An hour at Hand and Stone is a renewing experience.

The staff was extremely friendly and took time to answer questions and make me feel comfortable. Therapist asked questions as she was massaging to make sure I was doing ok.

I was carrying a lot of stress in my shoulders and the MT did very well to force my muscles to relax. He went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable and that the temperatures of everything were right for me.

My first experience at this location was in February 2022 when my boyfriend booked us a couples spa day for our anniversary. It was an amazing experience so when my boyfriend suggested another massage day a couple months later, I jumped at the opportunity. This experience was just as great. We will definitely be back and are highly considering signing up for the membership program.

My therapist, Dawn, is exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled. She is the quintessential professional.
