I have been going to Gina for massages for many years. She understands and remembers my chronic issues without me having to remind her. She is always trying new techniques to better care to her clients yet always delivers a quality massage. She is the best!

I am very pleased with my esthetician, Laura D. Her experience "oozes" in everything she says and does! I always feel like I am in good hands with her. She is a pro and answers me honestly about the pros and cons of treatments.

I have been seeing Nancy for about ever a year now. She does a fantastic job making me feel welcome, comfortable. I am very relaxed and feel great after my appointments. It is very easy to schedule next appointment I appreciated on my most recent visit Nancy let me know I had enough points to get an upgrade to my massage which was very appreciated.

The front desk staff is always friendly. My aesthetician Stacy is very knowledgeable. She's always on time, which is greatly appreciated. She is the reason that I continue to come back every month.

Katy was very helpful explaining the check in. She sat with me and explained details. Stacy was great with the facial. I booked next appointment with her!

Excellent massage therapists and fabulous reception staff!

Nancy provided the BEST and most relaxing massage I have received in ~15 years! No kidding. She is highly skilled and uses techniques that promote relaxation and deep breathing. I felt heard as I presented problem areas and she addressed those areas. I very much appreciate Denise's assistance at the front desk and the time she took to check my account balance and explain the rewards system to me. All around, this was a GREAT visit to Hand & Stone. I referred a friend recently and hope she will follow through to take out a membership. Even so, I will keep coming back!

The facility is very clean, I like that they use small hand towels instead of paper towels. Laura is very knowledgeable and was able to suggest an awesome facial that was customized for my skin. I felt very pampered.
