Was skeptical about using a chain massage outlet as I had a not so great massage at one in the past. I was pleasantly surprised that Felicia was definitely an experienced massage therapist and made me feel very comfortable. She also made sure she was using the right pressure.

My massage therapist (I believe her name was Marissa) was absolutely wonderful. She was understanding of my needs and checked in with me to make sure I was doing alright. Every bit of the appointment, from booking my appointment to the moment i left, was wonderful. My partner and I will be returning soon!

I have a wonderful experience overall. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. My massage therapist, Megan, made me feel comfortable upon greeting me. She asked questions and focused on areas that needed attention.

The reception staff are always so sweet and amazing and Adam is amazing! Always gets all the aches out and makes sure I'm more relaxed then when coming in. Takes his time and makes sure everything is worked out as best as it can be! Love the south elgin location and team❤
