Very friendly and clean. Professional front desk associates. Massage therapist did a good job she just didn't seem that friendly.

My massage therapist was excellent. She is the reason that I would come back nothing else was out of the ordinary so I could go to any other place and get the same.

The Hand and Stone that I went to was not my membership facility. I had received gift cards that were not accepted at my home Hand and Stone and when I called the current facility, they were absolutely accepting of the gift cards. The service received was worth the 30 minute drive vs the usual 5 minute drive.

The receptionist was very friendly and polite, place nice and clean and the massage therapist was amazing, so much knowledge on the technic to relive my back pain, He was very professional and it was one of my best massages so far. Right pressure and technic.
