The customer service was excellent as well as the ease and availability of setting an appointment for the same day. It was a wonderful, stress free experience.

I called "last minute" -- the service from the first answer--where there was no availability, to the call back noting a quick last minute availability, to the receptionsist, and massage therapist herself was excellent.

My massage therapist was great! I loved the pressure. The only thing I didn't like was that the appointment ended a few minutes early (about 8, certainly longer than needed to dress).

I felt comfortable with the appointment booking process, the reception staff and my massage therapist. My specific requests were taken into account and my therapist concentrated on those areas of concern. I enjoyed a very relaxing massage and felt like it improved my areas of concern. There was a lengthy checkin process with a multiple page form to complete, but I am sure that is necessary to ensure the health and safety of all concerned. I had a very good experience.
