My massuer Sade was great! Attentive to detail with a firm touch. She assured that I was comfortable and felt relaxed. I was in town for the weekend and she fit me in her schedule. I will definitely be back and hopefully she'll be available.

My sister is a member at Hand & Stone so while I visited I told her I was in need of a massage that was more than 60 minutes and Rasheeda delivered one of the best 80-minute massages that I’ve ever received. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Illinois and her attention to detail, knowledge, scale of depth, and personality is equivalent to what I give to my own clients. Recently, my LMT moved to Atlanta so I have been in search of someone near me, but this definitely made me wonder why don't I love in VA and trade with Rasheeda 🤣🤣. Sabrina absolutely did the best job! I was sore afterwards because she so efficiently got out all of my knots! I am thankful for the pain relief and the lack of tension now!

The staff was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I entered the door, I felt welcomed and valued. I was appreciative of the attentiveness of the receptionist to the massage therapist. I will definitely be going back soon just because of the welcoming and safe atmosphere and environment.

front desk receptionist were welcoming and friendly, and offered me coconut water, which was delicious. My massage therapist was bomb. She had good pressure was friendly and focused on my areas of concern. Very relaxing 😌 massage.

Rasheeda is awesome. I always feel better after my massage with her. She has a gift with knowing just how much pressure and which pressure points to work.

I could barely stand up straight and was having trouble walking . Timmerie, my massage therapist, worked my knotted up muscles until when I left, I felt 20 years younger. She did a great job! It hurt , but was well worth the pain!
