Angela mead is so professional..I have been to other locations...did not feel as comfortable in carytown... prefer this location.

Good massage therapist for the value. The reception area needs to have the water feature fixed.

After having a horrible experience at the Midlothian H&S, I was hesitant to come to another place. They did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations.

From walking into the front door and leaving out, my experience was wonderful. The staff, massage therapists are all knowledgeable and extremely nice. The ambiance there was very relaxing and was just what I needed. My thereapist was very knowledgeable and used terms I was able to understand. I've already told family members and friends about the service I received and that they should treat themselves to this wonderful experience.

My therapist really took the time to listen to my needs. She suggested that I would need a few more deep tissue massages to help with the extreme knots I have. I will definitely come back and request my therapist I had again

The staff was very pleasant. The environment felt clean and cozy. The massage was different than most I have gotten in the past and I really enjoyed the time spent in the spa.

Jasmine was spot on with the knots in my neck and shoulders in my first session. I I will def keep her on my schedule!

Everyone was super friendly and professional! Took time to explain everything, offered me water, and was very polite! Timmerie did an amazing job on the massage and checked in several times to make sure it was going well. Looking forward to returning!

I love Gwen. She knows my needs, gives me suggestions and points out any issues when she sees them. I feel like she really cares about me as a client.
