The receptionist, April, was very friendly and checked me in, then asked if I wanted anything to drink. The wait time was fine, as I got there a little early.

Jasmine is a wonderful massage therapist. She has really helped me in dealing with some chronic pain. I have asked several times not to be on the phone call list but they still call me about appointments. Email reminders are enough for me.

Liz is always a pleasure, I look forward to my monthly visits with her. My skin has improved tremendously since becoming a hand & stone member

This was my first massage so I did not know what to expect - the entire experience was excellent. I enjoyed the massage, the therapist gave me some recommendations for services next time and the front desk staff did a great job of welcoming me and keeping me updated when the prior appointment ran over.

Rosa did a tremendous job making feel comfortable and educating me when I had questions for her. She recommended some routines to help my problem areas between massages. I felt like we had a nice connection. I was really relieved as this was my first massage ever and I was really anxious over it.
