This was the best massage I have ever gotten. Jasmine is very skilled and spent the entire time on the area that I said had the most tension because she could feel that it was needed.

My daughter and I enjoyed everything about our first visit! We became members that day!

Jonathan seemed extremely knowledgeable About specific areas that I wanted addressed. He was very detail oriented and had a great personality.

Excellent Staff and excellent products

I had a very stressful week at work and had been holding tension in my shoulders as well as in my jaw (just diagnosed with TMJ). Gwen knew exactly the right pressure and moves to help the tension dissipate and my jaw muscles to decompress. I left feeling very relaxed and very little pain in my jaw! That was so awesome for me since I haven't been able to yawn or open my mouth wide without pain!

I’ve had services at 3 Hand and Stone locations in Henrico and Richmond. The Regency location is by far the best even though it is the smallest in size. Everyone is always friendly-every service has been above average. The reception staff seem to have time for me and I am not left waiting. Don’t change a thing about this location and let’s try to keep it a secret!!!!

Great clean atmosphere. The massage therapist, Kailie, was amazing and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I don’t treat myself often, but I may need to change that!
