The reception staff are always very welcoming when arriving and in returning back to the reception area after the massage. I am absolutely thrilled to have lucked out in finding Jonathan as I chose him randomly. He is very professional, knowledgeable and mot importantly, kind.

Reception area was welcoming. Therapist focused on my massage area needs. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Tried booking online but system didn’t allow me to look beyond 1 day out. Called Short Pump location and booked 2 appointments for me & guest but when I called back to give my guest’s name, they didn’t have the appointments and sent me to the Parham location. Parham location was superb all around! No issues there. Chose rating of neither satisfied nor dissatisfied for health and products question because I had no issue, but survey made me answer questions like I’d chosen dissatisfied.

I was totally satisfied with my visit. Check in, time waiting for my appointment were all exceptional. My masseuse is wonderful and knows the areas of my body that need extra attention.

the Therapist did a great job of concentrating on the areas i requested The room smelled great, was nice and warm, and had peaceful music She explained muscles, tendons, nerves, bones as we went along, which is very helpful and educational, and of great interest to me. She answered so many questions i had and she was very pleasant and knoweldgable. when i left i noticed i was not hurting in any of the areas she massaged, and this pain-free effect is still continuing today. the massage table was nice and warm and comfortabley padded. i will be back again to enjoy a massage for different areas of the anatomy, i am sure the therapist will make a difference for lower back, thighs, and feet also. It is so nice to have a choice for each session.

Jasmine was extremely good! I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. I will definitely book my next appointment with her. She was also very professional.
