The studio was clean and relaxing and the staff was warm and welcoming. My massage therapist spent time talking about the plan for my massage, and also the safety precautions at the spa (the help button, mask policy, etc). My massage therapist listened to my needs and made recommendations for a massage that would strike the perfect balance between relaxing and functional (and then she provided a balanced massage that was so helpful to me!).

Really professional, I felt safe and respected. The quality of the massage and the efficiency of the therapist were top-notch. Also, the reception and booking experience was very efficient and friendly.

Rasheeda is a very knowledgeable and excellent therapist. She knows where my problem areas are and is able to help release my muscle tension. She also makes recommendations for things I can do at home to help. The only thing that was not excellent on this visit was the barking dogs from the nearby groomer I heard for a lot of my massage which wasn't really conducive to relaxation. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful.

Atmosphere was smoothing and conducive for a nice relaxing experience.
