Everything was made clear and understandable.

Francis greeted us immediately, was very professional in the way she dealt with our enquiry. She listened and directed us to the test beds' She gave a full explanation of what was going to happen and then showed us the different beds suggested for us. At no time did she try to try to persuade us to buy a more expensive product. It was a real pleasure to be served by such a lovely young lady.

Jason was really helpful. He had to leave for an appt and Codie was equally helpful and friendly.

The assistant was friendly, well-informed and not pushy for a sale.

Great experience, sleep match service was great and Becky even better.

The store assistant Kodey was very friendly helpful and professional knowing about your products nothing was too much trouble

We were very impressed with help & knowledge Frances at the Kidderminster store gave us ,her advice & helpfulness of other products was beneficial, we brought two tempur comfort pillows .

The customer service assistant was excellent and I am sure that the product will not disappoint us. I would have liked a little more choice on deliver example am or pm slot. But I will not get that until the day before.

Kodey and Jason at Dreams in Kidderminster were absolutely faultless! We were helped straight away, offered drinks and were both incredible with our two young daughters. It was actually a pleasure to be looked after! Probably my favourite experience as a customer. Product knowledge was great and went out of their way to accommodate our requirements.
