The first time we visited the shop in Kidderminster was only too look and see what was available. We had unusual request we need to replace the mattress on our Narrowboat and because of the restricted space you cannot just get a normal mattress on board it has to bend or fold, the salesman new exactly what we needed. We went away to check the measurements, came back a week later & when we entered the shop, they remembered us, nothing was too much trouble quality of product and service was 110% thank you Tony & Theresa

We went in the store not really knowing what sort of mattress we needed. Jason was very helpful and showed us a good selection of what would be suitable for us both giving us all the time we needed.

Cody really helped us to find what we needed quickly and was very friendly to us and our son.

From the moment we stepped through the door the store manager, Jason was very helpful, explaining the products and taking the time to listen to our requirements.

I was greeted by a friendly and professional sales person. The person I spoke to listened to my requirements and helped me make a choice that suited my requirements and my budget. The health and safety was evident and I felt safe in the store. I was offered a drink while the paperwork was completed for the order.

The sales chap was very helpful and patient. He understood our needs and didn't push for the sale, which he got anyway
