We were greeted and advised straight away. The lady listened, and gave advice and options. Very helpful, and polite.

Jason was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. His interest in our needs was genuine and made finding a matress so easy.

Friendly, knowledgeable, fast

This was a very easy purchase to make as Becky was so professional but friendly, we left the store several thousands of pounds lighter in our pocket and very happy with our purchases. We were in store for a good hour and enjoyed every minute, Becky is an asset to the company and makes a nice cup of coffee, we would definitely recommend Dreams to anyone that appreciates excellent customer service. We are now looking forward to our beds arriving.

I was very impressed with the service I received especially from the young lady called Kodey she was very informative and assisted me throughout my visit at Dreams making it pleasurable and easy.

On entering the shop we were greeted by a lovely lady with a friendly face! (Which with all that’s going on in the world is a welcome sight!) Becky was friendly and very informative and knowledgeable and more importantly instead of just trying to sell me something.. she took the time to ask about my little boys need for a new mattress.. she recommended the right type for my lad.. and not just the most expensive! Having worked in the sales industry for over 20 years I can say that from a consumers point of view I do wish more sales assistants took a lesson form her!

The assistant was friendly and willing to show me the various items I was looking for in a variety of styles and colours. I was not put under any pressure and had visited the store previously to check out prices etc. which had drawn me back for a further look round. She pointed out special offers and a speedy delivery service which was very acceptable, with disposal of my old mattress at a realistic price.
