Very helpful; listened to what we wanted. Wasn’t too pushy.

I had an idea of what bed frame and mattress I was interested in before visiting. The assistant (Becky) on entering the shop was very friendly and helpful, catered to my needs and explained the differences between the different mattresses and bed frames on offer. Didn’t feel pressured into make buying anything however due to how knowledgable Becky was and understanding of what I was looking for, I felt comfortable making a purchase there and then. Very happy with the delivery time frame as well, a lot quicker than I was expecting and also got a discount on some pillows. Couldn’t fault the service, would definitely be shopping at Dreams in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Becky gave us great customer service, understood our needs and answered all questions. We were given time to discuss and be sure of our choice so we came back to the store later to confirm our purchase.

I have to say it’s been a long time since I received the quality of service from Becky and Kodey, that I had on my visit to your store. Becky was extremely helpful and started off by asking me all about my sleep preferences and then offered me the Sleepmatch service to help identify the best mattress. She offered me bottled water and a cup of tea, not expected at all! When there was a problem uploading my finance documents, Kody assisted and sorted the problem out very efficiently. I was also offered different pillows to try and ended up purchasing a new memory foam pillow, which .I have to say is fantastic. These two girls are a credit to your Company!

The store manager was very knowledgable and explained everything about the mattresses we were looking at and explained things to us that we didn’t know. He was extremely helpful but not pushy which we appreciated and could look around without being pressured which we do not like. All in all a good experience at the Kidderminster store.

Josin was very knowledgeable and showed us the beds most suitable to our requirements. After trying several beds we soon made our choice. We had been to another store prior to Dreams and they were not in the same league as your store and most unhelpful. Nothing was too much troubled for Jason and he answered all our questions. Social distancing was well adhered to. We look forward to having our new mattress and a nice comfortable and restful sleep and some lovely dreams!

The sales assistant was very helpful and gave me the confidence to accept the knowledge she gave me. This is the second time I have purchased goods from the Kidderminster branch, very friendly and helpful.

I felt that Kodey the sales assistant really cared about getting the best mattress for me in my price range. She was charming, attentive and knowlgable. I will recommend Dreams and Kovey to all my friends and if I visit Dreams again it will be Kovey I ask for.
