I was highly satisfied because the assistant was very knowledge on the products and not a pushy sales person

We needed a good bed with a firm mattress and were guided in the right direction. We were looked after by Nirali and she was not pushy, very polite and knew all about the products.

Very satisfied with the service I received. The only thing I am a little disappointed in that I placed my order on 25/1/20 and won’t receive the bed till 16/3/20 so around 7 weeks. A little long but love the bed I chose.

We were assisted by Nirali in making our choice of bed. Nirali explained everything very clearly and we found the experience of having our sleeping posture assessed very helpful. We were allowed to keep looking checking and comparing the different matresses for as long as we wanted and Nirali made sure we understood the various differences between them without being over attentive. She gave us each a hot drink and made our experience of the store a happy one.
