As a disabled adult i was looking for a soft /medium mattress and the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and what I needed. I was very very impressed with the help and professional staff also the help I received carrying pillows to my car. Overall very, very impressed.

Ian who served was a very friendly gentleman who has extensive knowledge of beds. He gave us the information and left us to decide and came back when we had made the decision he also offered us hot drinks. Placing the order was very straightforward and gave us time to ask questions.

From the moment I arrived with my wife we felt comfortable, staff greeted us in The sales assistant NIRALE made us hot drinks then asked us for our requirements and understood it well. Looking around was comfortable When we found what we were looking for Nirale explain what is available with it and explain the choice as well. Paperwork and sales sales were completed in reasonable time , Keep up the good work please And if after serivce is as good when required we are on the winner here Thank You all and special Thanks to our assistant Nirale

Our individual needs were taken into account and we were shown which beds we could choose from, we tried quite a few a few time and finally settled on the one we purchased. Jerome was very helpful, he offered us a hot drink.
