Good service. Wide choice of products

Kaye served us. She was very polite and caring. She did not rush us to our decision. She is good at her job.

I had a look online at Dreams website before me and my husband went to the store. We knew exactly what bed frame we wanted but we weren't quite sure about the mattress. Nirali, a really nice and friendly member of staff was patient to walk us through a load of different options and gave us the experience of using a detector machine to find our best fit. Overall we found what we wanted and we are really pleased with it.

The assistant, Ian, was very helpful and friendly without being too pushy. He let us take our time and try different beds before allowing us time to make up our minds. We also had a coffee and biscuits, as we were there quite a time.

Stanley was very helpful and nothing was to much to ask. Stanley understand what we was looking for and helped us find the right best and mattress

As previous Dreams customer we know the level of service is always of a very high standard. When we visited the store in Leicester St George’s and purchase a bed and mattress the store assistant; Nirali was extremely helpful. She answered all questions extremely well. She showed us and went through the mattress calibrator with us too, she was very well informed on the products and beyond helpful. My sister was looking for a bed and I recommended Dreams and the next day she bought one too. I only recommended as I find Dreams products to be of excellent quality and I personally happy with all experiences I have had.

Stanley was brilliant we came in before a boxing day sale and decided what bed we liked we said we'll wait and come back he was there to assist us and was informative all the way through.

We were greeted with pleasantness from Kaye and she immediately asked how she could assist us. Kaye was happy to show us around and once she knew what we were looking for invited us to do the sleep match. She was well versed on the products and gave us several options and suggestions. This made our decision easier and we were happy with our final selection. She handled our questions and concerns professionally and we were highly satisfied with our purchase. We were interested in another product, but could not decide until Kaye gave us options, solutions and did not pressurise us to purchase immediately, but gave us the opportunity to sleep on it and come back to her, before the discount offer expired.
