On entering the premises more than one colleague wished us a good morning, one colleague approached us and asked did we require assistance but did not push themselves on us. We browsed the products and came back to the colleague more than once with questions, all of which were answered.

We were greeted as we entered the shop we explained what we were looking for and shown straight to where the beds were. We were asked if we needed help now or to call them if needed this is exactly what I expect with a salesman not to be followed around all the time and feel pressured. Our salesman Ian was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful
