Visited the Leicester store to undertake the Sleepmatch scanner to find the perfect bed fit. Anil was great, explaining the scanner, how it worked. There were 8-10 results and Anil helped narrow it down with budget, bed type etc. There was no pressure or sales talk, Anil made you feel welcome, advising to take time testing out the beds to find the best one.

I visited the store on St Georges Retail Park and found Anil, very helpful as I wasn't sure on which bed would be most suitable for my needs . I found him to be very efficient and made me feel at ease many thanks Carol Spriggs Validation Code: B366

The staff who looked after us in Leicester store was very attentive. Nirali assisted us very well and we found what we were looking for easily.

Excellent customer service

I have been looking for a mattress as a Christmas present and Stanley was extremely helpful in assisting me. He really wanted to make sure that my needs were catered for and wanted to give me the best deal that I could afford without overspending too much. His attention was genuine and did his best to get me what I needed even though I didn't have high knowledge of the product. Overall - one of the best shop assistants and with the best customer service I have ever received.

Having no idea what bed frame and mattress I needed when entering Dreams, I left the excited owner of a new bed frame, mattress and pillows. The knowledge and guidance received from the gentleman at Dreams was exactly what I needed to find my perfect bed. The delivery date was a concern to me as I need the bed to arrive in a couple of weeks, due to moving house. I can happily say that I was given a choice of dates to suit my availability and the delivery team are even going to assembly it for me and take all the packaging away! To sum up my Dreams experience, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. I would highly recommend using Dreams to my family and friends.
