We spoke to Stanley who was very helpful. He understood our needs as my wife has a back issue and he found the mattress which best suited her and fully explained why. He gave a full demonstration of the bed we liked and this helped us make our minds up.

Anil was very helpful, he helped us find the best mattress for us inside our budget.

Good efficient friendly service

It was a very easy experience. Steve was friendly, gave helpful assistance but also gave us the time to browse on our own. The purchasing was quick and easy and very straight forward, and we didn't have to spend a large amount of time instore with administrative things related to buying.

Anil was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He approached us almost immediately on entering the store. We were made drinks and he was excellent at involving my 6 year old daughter. We felt he tried very hard to give us an excellent deal. He didn’t put any pressure on us and didn’t try to rush us. He understood our budget and helped us find the right bed close to that

As I did not know which mattress to purchase, the assistants gave me quick and thorough information and were very helpful. I was very impressed with the 'special bed' which informs you which mattress you require.
