Because i got what i was looking for by the help of colleagues.

Your colleague Mrs Nirali approached me and my wife at the right time when we entered the store. Mrs Nirali was very kind and helpful. She helped us to choose the right mattress. Even though our budget was £500 we were very happy to buy £900 mattress. We would come again to the store and even ask for Mrs Nirali to assist us again.

It all came down to great customer service. Although we turned up at the address of the old store location due to telephone answer msgs being incorrect following tel numbers from the website. We were shown excellent service in the store from Steve the store manager and Anil Patel excellent knowledge of products

Kaye was extremely helpful and patient with us as we made our decisions. She gave us honest and helpful advice. We purchased 4 beds and 4 mattresses and the advice was very helpful. We were offered a hot drink which was nice.

Ian at Leicester was amazing he really helped us understand and was very down to earth and easy to speak to very helpful and wise about the product and went through the process of choosing very clearly and progressively so we got to the product we actually really had hard time deciding but chose the one that the sleep match advised and ian helped us to make our decision I cannot say enough about ian top guy
