Friendly patient and not pushy staff, I was able to try a variety of beds, until I found one that serviced my needs. I did not find the test bed very much use, I felt all the matresses it recommended to be uncomfortable, and frankly thought it somewhat as a gimmick.

We were very impressed with the range of mattresses available to try. 'Sleepmatch' which analysed our sleeping positions was extremely good and focussed us towards mattresses likely to match our profile. The sales person was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and gave sound guidance. There was no hard sell. We had plenty of time to try and compare. We bought with confidence in the knowledge that our mattress was competitively priced but more importantly, if the mattress didn't suit and was uncomfortable, it could be exchanged under the 40 Night Comfort Guarantee.

He was exceptionally knowledgable and really friendly. From the moment we walked into the store he approached us offering assistance, left us to look around and came back to us. He was able to show us all the beds we liked, talked us through best products for us, answered any questions we had and made the experience really easy and enjoyable. He spent so much time with us and made the experience so personal that we actually walked away with a bed, storage box, mattress and pillows despite us only coming into the store to look for a bed base with the intention of purchasing a mattress else where. We would like to say a big thank you for such a personal experience and taking the time to go through all the products in detail with us. The knowledge he had was extremely reassuring
