We were quickly asked by the member of staff if we needed help. She was able to answer all of our questions and offered us all hot drinks to improve our experience.

Although the salesman Stanley, was only two weeks into the job he was very helpful and any thing he wasn't sure of he asked a colleague who was also very helpful. He also advised me to go on the mattress test bed to make sure I was buying the correct mattress ie soft/ med/hard.

We were helped immediately by 'Jerome'. He made us a cup of coffee immediately and even got a colleague to fetch our children some bottled water. Jerome qualified our needs and understood our requirements. He wasn't pushy, he was approachable and friendly. My husband and I went onto the 'Computerised Analysis Dreams mattress' where we understood which type of mattress was most suitable along with its material. One of my children has a perspiration issue and Jerome guided us to the best mattress fabric and mattress protector for him. He made what could have been a stressful decision into an easy one coupled with an enjoyable bed shopping experience. Thank you Jerome :)

Anil was exceptional. From the minute we walked into the store to the time we left. Anil took his time to understand our requirements and then presented us with appropriate advice and choices of beds and mattresses. Anil offered us refreshments, such as water, tea or coffee.
