Having seen the demise of keen,knowledgeable staff in most retail establishments it was a very pleasant surprise to meet Vivek. My wife and I entered the store with the idea of purchasing a new mattress.After a few moments looking around Vivek approached and asked if he could be of assistance.We explained what we wanted and Vivek put us on the bed which measured what would be most suitable for us.He then showed excellent product knowledge and after trying numerous beds we purchased a new bed,base,headboard and mattress.During this time he was patient,answered all our questions without being at all pushy!A true professional and we left having had excellent coffee and a great retail experience.Would definitely recommend this store to anyone requiring new beds etc.

The wife and I were very satisfied the way we were treated and dealt with. The Salesman had very good knowledge of the products he was selling and dealt with all our Questions.

We were greeted and attended to as soon as we arrived by Anil who asked about our needs and showed us the diagnostic machine. He showed us all the possible mattresses and explained about the specification of each. He was extremely friendly throughout. A great experience thank you

There were a good range of products on offer for every price range. There were some good offers on at the time that we shopped. The store was clean and well-set out. Staff were friendly and approachable. Vivek in particular was very knowledgeable about the products on offer. He was very patient when we were making a decision. And he gave us the right balance of assistance and space to decide (which is not always the case with staff when furniture shopping elsewhere!).

Your shop assistant Anil attended to our needs very well and myself and my partner were very happy with the way he helped us. We were offered drinks throughout our visit which I thought was a very nice touch. Anil is a very good member of your team as he has very good knowledge of your products and helped us pick the correct matress for our needs
