Dreams

We're buying our first ever bed as a couple for our new home. We visited Dreams initially to 'have a look around' and check out prices of bed frames and mattresses. We walked in and were immediately approached by a Sales adviser. We were taken to the high tech mattress to determine which mattresses would best suit the both of us- this experience in it self was amazing!!! We tried out all the suggestions and the sales adviser explained the technology behind each mattress perfectly. We fell in love with one mattress in particular at which point we were then taken to shown the bed frames. Again everything was explained in detail, all the different features were shown to us and we liked a bed frame really quickly. The whole experience from start to finish was so smooth, we never thought it would be so easy to decide on a bed! The sales rep in the Leicester branch- Anil Patel was brilliant, without his help we would have struggled. The mattress and bed we have gone for is amazing and can't wait to sleep on it!!!

Jerome was very helpful explains the setup and the process of choosing a bed and made sure that i was getting what i needed. He went through in finding out what why when and in a why to get my preference (like resilient material on the bed base).

Ian was very knowledgeable and friendly without being overly pushy and left us alone after providing us with possible options

Kaye could not have been more helpful in our purchase, she knew exactly what to offer us for our daughters new bed we couldn't be more delighted at her professionalism - and we had been to competitors who we realised knew nothing! Kaye certainly knew what's she's doing!

Anil who served us was so friendly, he explained all about the different mattresses and made my daughter feel like she wasn't in a rush

The service in the store was really good, provided me with assistance but also gave me space to browse. I was shown all of the mattresses that would be better for me and was encouraged to take time to find the right product.
