Knowledge the salesman showed did not rush us in to making a purchase

Jerome was helpful and knowledgable without being pushy. He dealt with our slightly unusual requesty and came up with a good solution. There was a good range of matresses to try.

Kaye was very helpful and very professional.

We were served by Vivek at the Leicester Store. He gave us plenty of time to browse in the first instance. Then he suggested we use the diagnostic machine. He patiently showed us each bed on our recommended list. He was very knowledgable about each product but was not at all persuasive. He was very patient with us as we were completely undecided what we wanted. He recommended pillows to demonstrate how different that made the mattresses feel. We also had our daughter with us and he engaged with her while we were testing and made sure she had a drink

My father is disabled and staff were more than accommodating making space for his buggy, bringing chairs, offering drinks etc. Took dad a long time to get on/off the bed each time he tried one but staff were very patient

The service we received from your assistant was first class. Vivek was a credit to not only the Leicester Store but also your company.Thank you. The only negative response I give is I hope I spelt his name correctly.

Assistants knowledge of the product and patience as I had no idea how many different beds , mattresses there are .. Thankyou for a great service .

We originally visited another bed store with a poor experience before visiting Dreams Leicester where we met Ian. He was very accommodating with excellent product knowledge. He spent a lot of time helping us decide but also giving us space to discuss. We went away and came back to try before purchasing again. The whole experience was very stress free, pleasant and no hard sell. I cant thank Ian enough for his patience and assistance.
