The gentleman who served me (Anil at st.georges retail park) was excellent. Personable, funny and so knowledgeable. He showed me the big fancy bed machine, showed me in detail the different mattresses and left me to make my own decision! He was brilliant!

Got exactly what we wanted and was given some pillows and a mattress protector

Vivek was incredibly knowledgeable of the beds and stock he had. He was lovely to talk to and very helpful. Efficient and definitely someone we'd like to speak to again when buying anything from Dreams.

The sales assistant Vivek was extremely knowledgable & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We were offered & given a coffee & water upon arrival. We didn’t feel rushed & Vivek spent a lot of time with us ensuring that our needs were met.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, made to feel welcome and nothing was a problem. Like buying a bed from a friend, plus the hot chocolate was best we've had!!

Anil was welcoming and available without being intrusive. He answered any questions and although I knew exactly what I was looking for he made the ordering process straightforward. Due to the products being available at Dreams and Anil’s customer service I would definitely recommend Dreams.
