The manager was very helpful but not pushy. He let us look around the store without following us or interrupting, but ensured he was available if we had a question. He also very kindly got me a drink water which was much appreciated.

The minute I step in the shop the shopping assistant greet me with a lovely smile.I had to experience the comfort of the mattress and pillows I was buying.Purchasing was fast with no problems.

We visited dream store on 8 April 2019. We had a great experience and Ian took his time to explain about the product we were buying and gave us all the nformation and options that was available for us. He also gaven us time to look around and try different products. Excellent customer service.

Extremely good customer service and product knowledge. We only come in to have a look at mattresses and came out with a new bed and mattress.
