We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store, Jerome explained everything to us, talked us through things and listened to what we wanted.

Friendly, repeat customer so staff remembered me and gave me a warm welcome. Knowledgeable about products but not pushy. Very understanding as had a toddler with us!

Having shopped at Dreams previously I found this time the service provided was excellent. Felt at ease as left to make my own decision on the items I wanted, after a discussion about the products available. The service one would expect from everyone in retail these busy times. It was good to find that there was a member of staff available to speak to, as these days it is very difficult to find someone with the knowledge and availability of the products being sold.
