Steve, at the Leicester St George's Retail Park was very helpful. We weren't punched upon, being given a little time as we entered the shop to have a little look around. Then, with his very gentle manner, he was able to suggest beds for our needs, which included trying out the bed tester/machine to find our most suitable mattresses. At no point did we feel pressured by Steve, nor did we feel overpowered by his presence. We were given plenty of time to talk amongst ourselves, with the right amount of support. Once we had chosen our bed, Steve was able to sort us out an even better deal than we initially thought we were getting. The purchase procedure was smooth and efficient, and we were told everything we needed to know. A very personable customer service and the best, we think, we have received in a long time. Thank you!

the amount of choice , being able to mix and match frames and mattresses, nothing was to much trouble, and the staff are very good at multitasking between customers.

Great place. Would have been the last place I bought a bed because of the costs known to be high. However I was gob smacked! The costs were reasonable and knowing it's the best quality. It's a win win. Loved the choice and modern designs. Great experience and a customer for life. Weldone dreams.

The store staff members were very friendly, we went looking for a discounted mattress but the store didn't have it, so the manager helped us find a better one and offered me even a better discount. At the end he offered us free pillows which made my day! I'll be coming back to dreams again definitely

Jerome was fantastic I’ve been looking for a bed for over a year and have given up on many times as it was going to be expensive and I felt that no one took me seriously.
