Jerome the shop assistant was very helpful. He also allowed time for me to make a decision which I respect as I didn’t feel pressured into making a decision.

The salesman Anil was very helpful. The computerised mattress fit assessment was good. There was a good range of mattresses in stock.

Anil seemed genuinely keen to find us the right product. Wasn't pushy which was good as if he was we would have gone elsewhere

Kaye the assistant was a very friendly and charming lady. She stayed with us most of the time. Offered us a lovely hot choc n advised us on what would be suitable for us. We had just gone in to have a look but her charming approach made us buy the bed n mattress. I just regret not going there earlier as i just bought onother matress from onother place a month ago. 5 out of 5 for kaye.

We found what we wanted easily with the help of a staff member who was friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to place an order and defer delivery, which was useful because we're moving house. There was a wide selection to choose from, and all seemed well priced.

The store is well-lit, bright and clean, easy to park, easy to look around. Staff are attentive but not intrusive and helped and advised and pointed out all we needed to know. We had a six year old girl with us, we were buying a new bed for her. She was made to feel welcome and fully part of the whole thing, as if she was buying and choosing the bed. I think that made her feel quite special and she walked out of the store so excited about her new bed.

Steve the store manager dealt with us. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained everything to us. So we were very happy with our purchase.

Very helpful staff member. Took our rather vaguely expressed needs and translated them into relevant product choices.

Steve was very helpful telling us the different products and offering us advice on getting the best deal for our money. He informed us of the most recent promotions they had, this information was very much appreciated. I liked that we were asked if we needed help and then left to our own devices to look around at our leisure until we were ready for advice. We weren’t put under any pressure at any point. The store itself although fairly small was very clean and had a nice welcoming feel to it.
