Kaye served us at the store in Leicester. Offered us drinks on entry and assistance. She was very helpful and made sure she could answer our question's with the best possible answers. She made an effort to give the best alternative mattress when the one we chose was not available. Also gave a lot of good advice without making us feel like we had to buy their product. A very patient lady especially when going in with 4 little kids. Loved dealing with her. Amazing customer service.

Initially I was given time to glance over the items which I did appreciate, an assistant had observed that I was there and approached me to see if I needed help. The assistant Ian was really helpful and reassuring as a result my visit was concluded with a sale.
