The store was very busy and thebstaff were great however there were only 3 available pc's for the staff to process orders and they all were waiting. I noticed a couple of staff members kept coming upstairs to check if the pc upstairs was free which it wasnt as it was also being used. Some extra pc's for the staff or tablets for them all to help customers and take orders.

The store was very busy and all the staff were busy with customers. Suggest you have more staff on shift at a bank holiday or stagger start times. The store manager was also serving a customer and he did keep apologising to us but the wait always seems longer than it actually is.

We were quite satisfied, however we paid twice the amount we had originally intended as we though the Campbell that had been heavily advertised was nowhere near the quality of some your other mattresses so we felt that it was worth paying the extra for a product that we'll be sleeping on for the next 5/6 years. However we always go for the Finance Option and that wasn't available as we visited just after Christmas, one of the busiest times of the year. We always use the finance option to help spread the cost of such high-cost items over 6/12 months so we've had to adjust our spending over the next 4/5 months as the whole £840 must be paid from our credit card in February 2022 which is unfortunate for us

Went to buy a mattress nothing more. I don’t get exited shopping and I don’t talk to others about it. The service was good I got what I needed thank you

Products were out of stock, first order is to take 21 days to arrive, 2nd order had no delivery date.

I’m yet to try out my new mattress as delivery is due in the next few days.. once I have been able to try the layers with your colleagues advice, I would be in a better position to apply improved feedback. The staff member (Stanley), was excellent, to the point, factual, honest and applied no pressure during my interaction with him. A credit to Dreams.. thanks

The payment taken too rush without any confirmation of what I ordered and I felt insecure when I paid. Although she got the correct size of my mattress but she did not ask initially so I needed to confirm with her before paying. Overall the service and visit was really good and Nirali was friendly and patient to my question but just the payment process seems to rushed as above
