The advise given with its sales person not satisfied managed to get a second person who was extremely knowledgeable and freindly. Even got a cup of coffee which I thought was super.

Initial visit was great but hen we went back to place the order it took far too long and some of the products we wanted were not in stock.

I was very pleased, but feel there could be a wider range of stock, and that staff should have greater freedom to negotiate prices when you are buying a lot of items

Delivery is too long, one of the items is on display (Bailey) but not available on website any longer and has been put as TBC (which I was told stands for To Be Continued) so could not be ordered.
