No issue with process up to placing an order. Once order placed, colleagues attitude towards us changed and he was rude and quite dismissive. We asked questions regarding the terms and conditions and his attitude was that of ‘stop talking and let me talk’.

I am pretty satisfied with the service etc at dreams. The only niggle I have is that when paying I enquired if dreams were participants of easyfundraising. Jerome said not, they only supported their own dreams charities. When I got home I noticed they were. I may have placed my order online instead as the donation would have been very welcome for my chosen charity. That aside, it was a pain free, fun! Informative experience.

Very limited staffing meant a long waiting time to be served. Staff member friendly but quite slow using the computer meaning the order took a long time to complete.

The salesman was very informative and l was an awkward customer and l tried a lot of beds, but while being in-store l received a parking ticket which l was not very happy about it was because of this salesman going between myself and another customer is why l exceeded my time parking and on receiving the parking ticket l contacted the store and was told nothing could be done about it, however my son contacted them as good faith they would pay £35 of my parking ticket which helps but when l thick about it having spent £1850 l think that was mean however l having just received delivery of my bed l have to wait 5 days before they can give me the £35 so l await for this money to see if it turns up, apart from that the product however l am extremely please with even though l had lots of doubts and the salesman said l would be delighted with the bed and that is right.

Initially, the wrong mattress was ordered and I had to return to the store to rectify it

The computer sales system went down while we were processing our order meaning we couldn’t complete at that point This affected delivery times etc and I had to complete the order later in the day over the phone

we were quoted a long wait on delivery and we wanted to sofa bed to arrive before we had guests over at our house. initially when we viewed the sofa bed a few days before we were advised a delivery date for 3-4 weeks before the date given on the day of purchase, we were not advised if we come in a few days later that due to delivery slots being limited we may not receive it for the time we wanted it. we were also not able to collect the item.
