Layout is slightly confusing has to ask staff where things were but staff was helpful

Your salesman seemed to want to push your own brand mattress too much for my liking, ignoring what I the customer wanted to purchase.

I wasn’t highly satisfied because I felt that the service offered was satisfactory. We were offered drinks but nothing turned up it was quite a hot day when we visited

As above regarding location. Rather limited stock

Haven’t received product yet so some replies based on assumptions.

Heating in the shop was not working. Some products were not in store.

Not to far of top marks, perhaps not enough time left on are own, to discuss each product, as we saw it,

I knew what I wanted as I had seen it online so not alot was needed from the salesman but he was very nice and the purchas was quick and he wasn't pushy with any extra sales which I appreciated.

We had to go and find assistance nobody came to us.
