Some items were only available on-line. Unless one has seen an item before purchase I do not feel beds and mattresses are suitable to buy without viewing first

It took me 35-45 minutes to finally decide the best mattress for me then when the sales person came to go to the computer to order it for me he finally decided to tell me that the mattress can not be folded due to the gel in the tempur mattress. Was not happy as I spent all that time with him choosing the best mattress for me to then spend another half an hour to choose another one.
