From the moment we walked in, my partner and I felt very welcomed and at ease, hand sanitisers were all in place every where was clean, we were given excellent customer service from a lady named Nirali at the st George’s retail park Leicester store, very smiley and bubbly, she offered us beverages, and went out of her way to help us the best she could, she had excellent product knowledge of all the mattresses we enquired about. Would 100% go to her for any further products.

How quickly we found the right bed and to ordering

We arrived at 9.00 am and were greeted with a smile , we asked about firm beds and were shown to the measuring of firmness machine to find out our requirements. we were then shown all the various beds in that range and we tried them all being allowed to go back to them again Perfect service from Ian we placed an order were offered coffee and a choice of aftercare products and guarantees well done

Ian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made the sopping experience painless.
