I was offered assistance from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly and ensured assistance was provided when needed. I walked out with my hands full.

We were greeted almost immediately after entering and as we asked to use the machine to determine what mattress we needed we were promptly and safely taken to it and after it gave the result we were shown (and tried) a variety of mattresses. No pressure to take any particular one or indeed actually purchase. Just service with a smile and no pressure sale. This made us feel comfortable and we reflected and tried again several ones before agreeing to purchase the one we chose. All done very safely, covers on the mattress, covers on the pillows and plenty of safety features yet didn't feel uncomfortable. Quite a joy really.

The sales person knew what he was doing and was friendly and approachable, he listened to what I wanted and was very helpful when it came to buying the mattress, I didn't feel under any pressure which I was pleased about

We had a lovely gentleman called Anil, who dealt with us, he was very friendly, extremely helpful, but wasn’t pushy. He explained the information we required, succinctly and and allowed us time to discuss things between ourselves, without badgering us. Anil is definitely an asset to your company. The last time we purchased a bed was in 2012, and it was from Dreams, when you get good service and goods why would you go anywhere else? Kind Regards
