The salesman Stanley gave us a lot of time and had a lot of product knowledge. Recommend us a relevant bed base . Not pushy at all and a very good personality.

I was highly satisfied with service I got from St george leicester store, by Anil. Anil explained everything so nicely and calmly. He was just fantastic and helped us in every way possible. He was so kind and helpful that where we don't come cross people like him. For moment we actually didn't want buy it but the service anil gave and explained us everything, we brought the mattress.Superb colleagues and thank uu! He made our purchased so easy.

We spoke to Steve on the phone before we went down to the store. We were also looked after by Steve when we got to the store. Steve took the time to explain our choices and was extremely friendly and professional.

I had a wonderful visit to the Dreams store at St George’s Retail Park. I was left alone to browse for the right amount of time before being assisted by Anil. He offered a pillow to try the mattress I purchased properly and offered my mum and I a cold bottle of water each due to the heat. The other staff were extremely pleasant and friendly and the purchasing of the mattress and delivery was made easy and understandable.

I was highly satisfied because of the assistance provided by the member of staff, Nalini. Her assistance and knowledge of the product, nothing was too much trouble attitude, warm and pleasant manner convinced us to place the order.
