Friendly, knowlegable staff who were helpful and professional.

We popped into Dreams as a random visit. We stated what we wanted. The adviser told us we must lie on the scientific bed- amazing. She asked us what our budget was and we appreciated that as it saves embarrassment. As there was a sale on at the time, we were very pleased with our purchase.

We used the machine to match us to recommended mattresses and the colleague who helped us (I think his name was Anil) was very attentive and matched us to suitable pillows. Nothing was too much for Anil, without him being an overbearing "salesman". The store was very clean and placing an order was very smooth.

The Guy that look after us in store was outstanding. He was friendly/Likeable and had a wealth of knowledge about the products and we never felt under pressure at any time to make a decision. I am in sales myself and he would be very employable.

The staff were very friendly & the assistance I received was very good even down to offering me a drink.
