Stanley the store assistance was fantastic, he went out his way to make sure we had the best experience. He was genuine and kind, he looked after us whilst we was in the store. He made sure everything was clean and offered us on a number of occasion drinks. Would recommend to everyone to visit Dreams at St George’s retail park Leicester. Brilliant service

We were helped to find the best bed suitable for our health conditions. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was fully explained (the differences between the types of mattresses). We were not rushed or 'pushed' into making a purchase. Overall it was an pleasant experience. Thank you.

The store was very clean very well presented with a wide range of beds and mattresses to chose from. We felt comfortable and relaxed trying out different beds which was reassuring especially during these 'covid times.' The staff were very friendly, professional and welcoming. Stanley from Leicester, St George's Retail Park was very helpful, attentive and had really good customer service skills and we appreciated that he wasn't 'pushy'. He answered all of our questions and had thorough knowledge of the beds in the store. He is a great ambassador for your company and totally fulfills his role. He is an asset to your company. His colleague, a young lady was also very polite, welcoming and professional. It was a delightful experience coming to Dreams.

Jerome and his colleague was very knowledgeable. He allowed us to take time in the store before advising us how best to purchase mattress. The instore mattress tester was really good and let us make a better decision in purchasing our mattress. Well done Jerome you are a asset to the company.

Highly satisfied with the whole Dreams experience. Treated so well from entry to exit, very accommodating to my children and informative staff. We did most of our research at home so had a few questions answered which they kindly did.

The product I was looking for was well presented. The customer service member of staff was vet helpful and attentive to our needs. We especially enjoyed the process of the automated machine to determine the style of mattress.

Once in the shop a member of staff approached quite quickly. I made enquiry about a bed I had seen advertised and was taken to view that particular item. Shown a couple of similar beds and asked to try them as a comparison. Offered the machine to test suitability of firmness, and accepted. The machine suggested an alternative bed might be more suitable for my specific needs. In this case, it just happened to be a little cheaper than the first one I had looked at. I accepted this conclusion and purchased the recommendation. The sale paperwork was dealt with efficiently. I was offered extended warranty etc, which I declined. All in all a smooth and pleasant transaction.
