Jerome who I believe is the assistant manager handled our entire visit from start to finish and was fantastic. His knowledge of all the products was exceptional and I left feeling comfortable with my purchase. Absolutely a brilliant experience the entire way through and I’m excited to receive my new bed!

The sales assistant was excellent, and really knew her stock, she left us enough time at each stage of sale to gather our thoughts, and no pressure applied. She had been trained very thoroughly, and was a credit to the company, with her manner and pleasantness.

Great products and neatly organised throughout the store area. Was welcomed to the store pleasantly and store employees were helpful throughout.

I was Highly Satisfied as the store colleague Nirali was very helpful and able to meet all my needs and give me reassurance on my purchase as I was worried about going from a single bed to a double. Nirali also reassured me that getting a good mattress was a good investment and I was appreciative of her kindness and assistance. I was Highly Satisfied too by using the technology which was able to determine which mattress would be best for me based on how I sleep and the firmness and comfort I need.

The store Assistant was so knowledgeable & showed us a full price range and gave us plenty of time to make our decision but was not at all pushy. They gave us all the applicable discounts and explained everything we needed to know. We were also offered a drink. Top service most impressed.
