Jerome who looked after me was very knowledge, listened to my requirements and supported me through the whole process in a friendly and professional manner

When I arrived in the store I was greeted straight away, was informed of the about the products that dreams had to offer and where I could find them (downstairs mattresses, upstairs bed frames). I was able to look at the products at my own accord, but as soon as I required information the staff were there the to help. When it come to choosing my bed and mattress, the process was quick, I was also offered a hot drink whilst we went through the process. All the staff were friendly and polite.

Stanley at Leicester st gorges was so helpful from the start till we completed are order his unbelievable service and made us so comfortable and greatly in the best way possible
