Made very plain, explained very well all the questions I asked

the reason why i was highly satisfied, was mr Stanley a very friendly service man, gave me the best opgtions according to my budget and price and th best deal available which didnt make me think twice, and practically showed me tips on making sure fitting is well done, making it easy for me on delivery where they would take the beds to the room of my choice, got the best deal with the right person at the right time.

Welcomed by staff member and asked if l knew what l was looking for. Salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. Offered a drink whilst waiting for a computer to become free. The store was very busy.

Very quick efficient, and really helpful, Jerome was very friendly and knew what he was talking about.

The assistant Stanley was very helpful to our needs for a new bed letting us try a few and also trying out the bed simulation. We were asked if we would like a drink and were greeted very politely. I will recommend to friends and family.

Correct size n perfect item for health related but only that I wasn’t able to get a separate Single motions bed of the sleeping motion beds

Team member greeted us immediately. They supported us throughout helping us make an informed decision. They had a good balance between providing advice and also leaving us time to discuss privately.

The whole experience was bliss, we were made to feel important during the whole purchasing processed and felt really valued as customers. The advisor offered us drinks during the purchase process and was friendly and helpful and provided great customer service and took our needs into consideration.
