Nirali the store assistant was excellent at describing everything and finding us the right product while taking care of our budget. She also have us hot chocolate. A lovely treat. Friendly and knowledgable assistant.

I was so satisfied with the staff ..they way she communicated with me about the product and I what I really wanted. She offered my a coffee and make me so relaxed and gave me enough time to make a good decision. I have been to store 3 times to select the right bed. She (Nirali ) helped to try most of the mattress to see which one is more suitable for me..overall the whole staff were so friendly and helpful yo me .

Great customer service. Worker showed great knowledge of products and helped us pick the correct beds according to what we were looking for.

Was not pestered by a salesman. Stanley introduced himself, then left us to it until we had questions. Was given a drink whilst we looked around (very nice touch) Originally went in for a sofa bed, ended up buying a bed and mattress as well :)

From the minute we walked in to store we was greeted by a member of staff & was given all the help & information we needed, offered refreshments & well looked after, we came out very happy as we got exactly what we wanted & it was all so simple, we couldn’t believe how quick it was for delivery, very happy to know that we would have our new bed by Christmas! Very pleased with our experience at Dreams 😊
