We first had an appointment to use the sleep match machine. Stanley was very friendly and professional and listened to our needs and showed us a range of mattresses with the rating we needed. We then returned a couple of days later to order and Nirali dealt with us, she was able to answer any questions we had and explained everything very well. We ended up ordering a divan bed base, head board and mattress. She was very professional and accommodating. Lovely staff
